I went for a little stroll with my better half the other weekend and thought I'd take the opportunity to get out my old Nikon F90X.
It's been a little while since I've shot with film so when we went for a wander round the coastal path near Worth Matravers I got out the old Nikon, some expired Fuji Superia I had knocking around and threw on the nifty fifty (don't you just love backwards compatibility?). It's kinda fun not being able to refer to a screen immediately to see what results you're getting. You get those little anxious feelings of not knowing if the film loaded properly, whether or not the angles you're using are working and it just makes you think a little more about what you're doing because you don't want to be wasting film. Just feels a bit more organic, you know?
